It is provided by the Fauquier Ear, Nose, and Throat Consultants, PLC to help make your first and subsequent visits to our clinic an easy, no-hassle experience.

• You can print and fill out our patient encounter forms (which all patients need to complete) before your appointment to expedite your visit with us.
• You can view information on what to expect before and after surgery as well.
• Prescription refills are available only to those patients who have had medications prescribed by us.
