A NEW patient is considered somebody who has NOT been seen in our office within the past 3 years (36 months). An ESTABLISHED patient is someone who HAS been seen in our office within the past 3 years.

Always call for an appointment to ensure expedient service. Cancellations do occur throughout the day and as such, we can sometimes fit same day appointments.
Certain small procedures are performed every Friday afternoon starting at 1PM at Fauquier Hospital (office still closed on Friday afternoons).
Due to large patient volumes, we are accepting new patients from the northern half of Virginia only (Fauquier and nearby counties as shown in green on map below). You can appeal this limitation by sending us an email. Appeals by phone will NOT be accepted. In only very rare and selective cases have we made exceptions. Read why we instituted this policy.
