Before you make an appointment, make sure we participate as an in-network provider with your health insurance plan! Otherwise, YOU will be billed for all services. It is your responsibility (not ours) to call your health insurance company and ask if we are a participating in-network provider.
In event we do not participate with your health insurance plan, you can request a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from you primary care doctor for temporary non-par provider health insurance coverage.

We do try to accomodate same day consult requests.
Always call for an appointment to ensure expedient service.
Certain small procedures are performed every Friday afternoon starting at 1PM at Fauquier Hospital (Office still closed on Friday afternoons).
Office will be CLOSED on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
